The android character does not represent a human employee. Demo replies use prepared scenarios; live replies are generated by AI only with an enabled, disclosed provider. The chat shows its current mode.
Limits and human oversight
Responses may be wrong. NEX AI can open allowed presentations and help draft an enquiry. It cannot conclude contracts, promise binding prices or deadlines, send offers or certify engineering safety. It has no access to customer records, administration or code execution. Confirm important information with the owner.
